Yesterday I was at the Jewish Museum and it was quite interesting, both the museum and also the employees working there!since I have been to Berlin, I was never shown such an attention?
Judisches Museum
well, the first one seemed to be kinda flirty, so I escaped him but he was asking interesting questions… ‘ are your parents Socialists? I mean the Turks from Istanbul, the ones I met they are generally so, and also atheists’ , i felt this was a bit personal, and i answered it with ‘Sie’ instead of ‘du’, Warum fragen Sie mich das? – lol… he asked if it was my real voice…-hmm :P- then he asked if I was studying Humanities cuz I looked like so :S
anyways I escaped him then a Georgian one came up, actually I went near him to ask a place, he saw my tourist guide in Turkish I thought , and asked if I were Turkish, i said yes, he said oh i am Georgian…okey?!but then I remembered I should tell him my grandmother is from Artvin after he showed such a happiness from being neighbors. I asked him if he knows the city Artvin, he started to talk with me in Georgian lol.. I said NO NO NO, it is my grandmother, she’s Laz, are the languages so similiar!? he said yes…then he continued , I KNEW you were Laz, I understood it from your eyes! WOW! for the first time in my life someone understood that, but eh he’s a local..
